When you are logged in, follow the service page: pay through Stripe if shown, save proof, upload files, and submit. We follow up by email or WhatsApp if anything is missing.

Check your profile
Open Profile and confirm your name, email, phone, and country look correct. A clear photo and accurate contact details help us reach you quickly on WhatsApp or email.
After you log in and verify your email, use Profile in the top menu to review your details.
Update when something changes
If you move, change your number, or rotate passwords, update Profile so receipts and council messages always match you. You can change your password and account information anytime.
